Sweclockers benchmarks BF3 Open Beta

A famous Swedish sitre, Sweclockers.com, got some keys from me and did some benchmarking with different videocards and here are the results!

System they used with drivers NVIDIA 258.38 and Catalyst 11.10 Preview:

Processor	Intel Core i7 2600K (3,4 GHz)
Mobo	Asus P8Z68-V Pro
Memory	4 GB Corsair Dominator GT, 1 600 MHz, 9-9-9-24
Harddrive	Intel X25-M 80 GB
PSU	Cooler Master Silent Pro Gold 1 200 W
Screen	Samsung Syncmaster 305T LG Flatron W2420R
OS	Windows 7 Professional 64-bit

I would like to know who BF3 will run on Bulldozer(8-Core) or if the 2600K was running with SMT/Hyperthreading or….

  I am running a 2600k with hyper-threading on. It gives a little % in boost but not worth the extra $100 in price from a i5.
  But if you have the money there is no excuse to not buy an i7 for the “future”
  
  The Bulldoozer results from pre-production is not close to an i7 in performance, more a i5.

    Well the “pre-production test” aren’t from a BG.2 so it’s not even near a final version.

Well 26 FPS @ultra with 2x AA is actually not so bad considering the price of my fairly old card.
