    I hope it’s really worth it. Want it to bring something new to the table. You know, more bang for the buck. Looks great so far. Do we at least get a bayonet? And why did you guys decide on only 4 maps. I know that they will be playable on all 4 modes, but I find it kind of a short cut. Would like at least 6 maps. We haven’t had ‘New’ maps in forever.

    The gameplay vid from tgs is crying out for 4 flags.

      Hahaah Yeah, I would say 5 or 6. More rock, paper, scizzors gameplay. I hope they look into it.

    Gustav theres something i dont quiet understand. Will this game work like we can be playing port valdez rush and then the next map can turn out to be a vietnam map or will the vietnam maps be the only maps playable with this expansion? same thing with guns.. can we still use our old guns or will just vietnam ere guns work?

      Would like to know as well. I know for sure you can play ‘Nam straight out of your BC2.exe I think BF2 allowed you to play expansion packs. I don’t see why it can’t work for BC2. On PC, if the server ran both vanilla & expansion pack, those that didn’t have it, got kicked. Not sure if this would work for consoles.

      Same with weapons. Some weapons from the ‘Pack could be used in Vanilla.

        The problem with running vanilla and vietnam maps on the same server is as you said above. If we play valdez and switch to a vietnam map players without the expansion pack will be kicked and that is not a good solution of course.

        Vietnam is an expansion pack, meaning it have its own maps, vehicles and weapons bound to what was used in that time.
        With that said however this is still BC2 and it will have some connections to the vanilla game as other BF expansion also have had. But we will talk about later!

        BFBC2 Vietnam is a new experience but based on BC2 so anyone who have played it can jump right into it! =)

        We will start talking more about the game in the near future at our official blo and I will of course follow up here and on twitter!

          And I know what you mean by ‘Connections’ =) Anyone who owned expansion packs for BF should know by now.

    i will buy MOH ter1 edition ONLY because of the bf3 beta code……

    excuse me but in greece the shops woll have the MOH tier1 edittion with the bf3 beta code…and the 2 weapons but WILL I ALSO HAVE THE M6O like in this trailer?????

    it says it is exlusivly on gamestop but i dont like preordering online

    ustav this is unfair!!!! we want the m60 on tier1 edition
    will this weapon be locked if we dont buy from gamestop????

      The promotions can differ between regions so I cant answer you right now but it is highly thinkable that in USA it is limited to Gamestop but it dosent mean its worldwide.

        So looked into this and it is ONLY IN NORTH AMERICA this Gamestop promotion is exclusivity to gamestop.

        In other regions Tier1 edition is available from other retailers.

    I’m a little curios. In BC2 ‘Nam, can the music playing inside vehicles be heard by players in the battlefield? Say a transport vehicle passes by & they play a track, can that be heard outside the vehicle?

    I’m asking because of the issue surrounding the ATV Horn in BC2 Vanilla. When you honk, you’re the only who can hear it.

      The music plays for everyone in reach, really cool when flying in with the HUEY helicopter ;)
