The beta is live and a lot of people seems to be having fun!
But this is still a BETA, where we are looking for bugs and other problems before the retail release.
There have for example been some lag on smoe servers but they are being worked on and also some new crashes have been found which is a good thing =)
There is no limit on how much testing all the beta-players are doing in 1 hour that would take weeks and weeks inhouse.
If you find any weird bugs or crashes please tell me in the comments and I will relay them to the dev team!

Well the 1 try i had befor it crashed i noticed that i couldent strife while running. a bit anoying..
I were also not able to add a friend in the game..
Följande:
- CTD när jag försöker ladda serverbrowser
- Först så körde den inte i fullskärm tog närmare 30 min och ett antal omstartningar innan jag fick det att fungera. Tryckte man på skärmen blev den fullscreen och sen en ruta så man kunde ändra saker i 1 av 10 fall typ.
- När jag lyckas ladda serverbrowsern och komma in så blir jag kickad direkt (står att jag har blivit kickad) eller så funkar det inte…
Men det tillfället som jag faktiskt kunde komma in hade jag en trevlig spelstund. Hade som tur Xboxen så jag kunde köra demot där istället…
I have had two bugs so far.
When starting a new round, spawning as defender, twice it has told me that I was revived by “?”. The text doesn’t go away until I die either.
The second was when I earned the vehicle explosives upgrade (don’t remember what it’s called exactly, but the one that makes main guns on vehicles stronger.) It didn’t show up in my perks no matter what I clicked until after I clicked on another class, then it appeared for all.
Overall the game is awesome. I just played for 6 hours. Time to take a break.
It’s hard to join servers, some ctd and lagging from time to time.
The screen froze two times during play, but after approx 1 minute, it was ok again.
But those things aside, this is a really awesome game!
It’s instant action and high tempo all the time!
I hope squad play will meet my expectations!

I can not agree with you in 100% regarding some thoughts, but you got good point of view.
For some reason my weapon preference doesn’t stay saved between rounds or switching classes for the engineer rocket launchers. Everything else will, but that always resets.
I also noticed that my preferences in the menu don’t stay saved. I like the mouse wheel inverted, but I have to change it every time I start on a new server.

if you pre-order from steam you get the beta and a key:) its not like youare not going to play it lol. Also xbox is up and running but only 720p
Comparing the two I already am enjoying the controls and features of the PC much better than xbox.

First of all, I would like to thank you for giving out Beta Keys!
The Beta is amazing! The positives out way the negatives. I think my favorite thing from the beta might be the Immersion factor. I feel like I’m at War!!!!
Some of the negatives though. Hit detection/weapon damage(needs higher damage), vehicles need more camera views, more control options for vehicles, game needs commo-rose, a scoreboard like BF2(Kills, Deaths, Ping,etc).
Also I’ve been wondering if BC2 will have options for changing Crosshair color, HUD Transparency, etc?
