Today we are revealing the 4th map Coral Sea!
It actually started as a “fun map” that I made on my spare time at work and after a few playtests it made it into the game as a bonus for you guys!

was never my favorite BF42 map as i’m more of an inf player
but still nice to have it in
maybe i’ll just kamikaze info the ship but bail before hand and kill them all on foot while they camp for the planes

The weather in Estonia is also very awesome! 22 degrees celsium, and very sunny! But sadly I can’t buy anything through PS3 store, the network does not support Baltic states.
BC2 to is coming early 2010, BF1943 is coming this soon so it will be 2 stand alone releases.

Hey , great map i was just talking about it in a forum , So do you guys know how many maps are gonna made it to the final game or its a work in progress ?
Well , looking good Coral Sea is One of the Best maps for DogFighting in bf1942 , there just one cool Thing that would be really cool ; the plane elevator in the carrier just like in Forgotten Hope . You can pick a plane from the lower deck and bring it up , good when people are bombing the carrier .
We have 4 maps in the game, we are almost finished with it. Remaining are all the sony and microsoft tests.
well the only possible 2 maps they can remake now are Invasion of the Philippines and Midway, i doubt Midway would be much use in BF1943 as it was mainly a naval map with all the movable ships and subs. Invasion of the Philippines was fun though
…make that one next…but it will take a lot of spare time i bet

Second question from me, wondering what the final logo of BFBC2 is? I saw 4 different logo’s. I keep changing my website, because the logo changes everytime! :O
The Battlefield franshice logo have been going through a changes altly so I understand you. but the one we are shipping Battlefield 1943 is the final one.
Not sure if BC2 have released “their” version yet!
