Gustav, where can I get statistics for those weapons? And I notised that there is no iron sight view for the Japanese Type-100 SMG, why?
This game looks interesting…
I choose not to have iron sight on the SMG’s because its a good way of showing the player that it’s not a long range weapon.
And what kind of statistics do you want? range, damage etc? I guess we will be putting up a little more info on our website after the game goes live!
Ok, but PLEASE don’t do this in BC2…
I wanted to know the basic statistics of the weapons – range, damage, spread, capacity, rate of fire. Someone said that B:1943 will be a small “cheap” DLC with arcade feel, how will BC2 differ in this feel? Will you make two Game modes? (Normal, and “Serious” with more real approach?)

nice chart but I havent really looked that much on the BC tweaks. Tweaking is a lot about feeling and not about numbers to be honest.
I think I got the right feel into BF1943, but you can judge me when its released =)

Weapons in Bad Company felt unnatural…
They were so balanced, the whole point of the selection dissapeared! Sometimes it is so unreal, you want to throw the gamepad at the screen and brake the CD.
The last thing, whitch made me angry was the AA gun, when I was defending the crates, and I saw a sniper running across our base. I was near the AA gun, and I wanted to use it, but it gave zero effect on that sniper, and another guy who spawned on him – they killed me…
I want to know, did your team stopped supporting the first Bad Company? Will they make patches? If no, atleast fix those mistakes in the next game. Thankyou.
Very cool I watched the 1st one on XBL last week. Of course by the time June gets here I am going to be travelling alot for work till Winter comes.
Hows BF BC2 coming along. Op Flashpoint was pushed back to a September launch the same as BF this also made me
I guess I will try the demos for both and see which one comes off with stronger game.
Same for me, I am going on vacation around the release date, acutally thinking about bringin my x360 with me so i can play in july!
Bc2 is going good, playing thir playtests a lot and its fun. About flashpoint vs. the Battlefield series I am not sure you can compare them since OFP is more a slow simulator experience while Battlefield is more all out war with fast pacing.
I did love OFP 1 so I am definatly going to buy that game also!
